• Comprehensive security and efficiency. Braking system, steady and safe. The RDU is designed with an innovative brake system on base, which makes braking extremely easy and convenient.
• Worry-free Pulley Design. The RDU's pulleys are coated by rubber, with an outer layer of wear-resistant and noiseless shock-absorbing materials, which reduces bumps during transportation and provides better protection to the goods inside. The new caster design also stop threads, hair and other foreign objects from getting caught, reducing the costs of repair and replacement.
• Anti-slip Base, For Extra Stability. 4L shaped anti-slip sheets on the bottom of the base sit perfectly on the forklift arms during transportation from the front or the side, preventing slipping during re-location and helping to eliminate safety hazards.

RDU has passed the general simulation performance test for packaging (ISTA-3E) and the D4169-08 Performance Testing of Shipping Containers and Systems by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) respectively. Its product reliability and high quality are well-proven.*

• Stacking compression - Place in the center of the pressure platform, and pressurize F=Wts(S-1)xFxJ for 1 hour, where Wt is the total weight of a single full-load crate, S is the number of layers, F is the safety factor=3, and J is the gravity constant=9.8N/kg.
• Random vibration - Two-layer stacking, level II: set Grms=0.52 and perform 120min random vibration test at 1-200Hz; level I: set Grms=0.73 and perform 120min random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
• Rotational edge drop - Lift one long side edge or one short side edge by 200mm, drop 3 times respectively.
• Four-side Impact - Final velocity 1.22m/s, set a backstop with a cross- sectional area of 100x100mm at the footing of the impact wall.
• Environmental treatment - Keep for 72 hours at 50°C; keep for 72 hours at -20°C.
• Footing Impact - Install simulated forks on the impact wall, impact the middle footing and side footing once each, at a final velocity of 0.91m/s, on long and short sides once each.
