The KF975’s double smooth surfaces are manufactured using core-pulling injection molding and a new welding technology, which cuts the thickness of side panels to 35mm. This increases loading capacity by 10%, generating an internal volume of up to 840L.

Bespoke Drop Door

The number of the KF975’s drop doors can be customized to fit customer requirements. It is recommended to add drop doors on the two side panels, which makes multi-user handling more convenient and efficient.

The KF975 lid features a tamper-evident to prevent unauthorised opening. The lid also ensures maximum robustness and compactness of the container body, and has been designed to bear a larger load for ease of stacking.

Operation safety and efficiency

Classic lock, easy to operate. It allows operators to unlock side panels easily, and when erected, the panels are automatically locked. The enlarged locking space makes operation easy even when wearing gloves.

Card holders for rapid Identification. All four side panels are equipped with AS5 card holders, during the transport of a large quantity of goods. Coloured cards can also be used to make identification even quicker.

Hidden hinge. Side panels are connected to drop doors and the base with hidden hinges to avoid the build-up of dust - resulting in cleaner, tidier containers. The drop door is also simpler to open and close.

Accelerate water discharging and drying

Each KF975 features 5 drainage holes to drain rainwater or leftover cleaning fluids. In addition to quick drying, this also helps prevent odors in the container.

KF975 FLC has passed the general simulation performance test for packaging (ISTA-3E) and the D4169 - 08 Performance Testing of Shipping Containers and Systems by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) respectively. Its product reliability and high quality are well proved*.

• Static load pressure - Place the empty container in the center of pressure equipment, the upper pressure plate pressurizes at a speed of 13mm/min until the pressure reaches a load force of 3.6tons.
• Random vibration - Full load, two-layers stacking, under random vibration mode applied by ISTA 3H, set Grms=0.54 and perform 3-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
• Rotational bottom edge drop - Full load, single container, lift an edge by 200mm and the opposite edge by 150mm, and test 4 bottom edges.
• Horizontal impact - Full load, single container, impact the position 25mm below the drop and the drop door at a final velocity of 1.36m/s, twice each.
• Forklift handling - Stacking of two full-load containers and stacking of collapsed containers by 7 layers, drive a forklift through simulated road conditions, and there is no damage or collapse after test.
