The closure Hopper is ideal for safely transporting and dispensing caps, closures, dry food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, etc.
The all-plastic construction combined with smooth internal and external sides promotes hygiene surfaces that are easy to clean. An optional tamper evident lid protects and safeguards contents from water, dust and potential contaminates. The hopper box includes a funnel-shaped base leading to a modest opening for fast controlled emptying. It has a large 700 Litre storage capacity.
Identification options include drop-in label holders, dimpled sticky pad holder, RFID, GPS and bar code compatible to ensure complete identification and traceability.
Closure Hopper should only be stacked on a flat level surface. Care must be taken to ensure that hoppers are correctly stacked before placing another unit on top.
Hoppers can be accessed by forklift truck from all four sides. When using pallet 'pump' trucks, care should be taken that the truck wheels are not resting on the runners when raising the unit as this can cause the runners to detach or break.
