Design Features

Compact, Thinner Sleeves

The Sleeve Pack is composed of three pieces: lid, sleeve and  base, which can be disassembled separately. Once folded, it is just about 13cm thick. In addition to its light weight and compact structure, the Sleeve Pack is also easy to handle, offering significant reductions in labor costs and time.

High Strength, Durable and Stable

Both the base and the lid are made by two layers of blow-molded process, forming a closed supporting structure, so that the two parts are strong, light and highly durable to bending and deformation.

Lock Design

The base is connected to the sleeve by a simple and convenient interlocking system. The lid is also available with TE pins for safe and reliable transportation.

High folding ratio

Less space, more value. Novabox can provide both standard and customised plastic sleeve packs, suitable for the storage and transportation of auto parts, dry goods distributors, and more. Thanks to its lightweight, simple structure, easy handling and high folding ratio. When collapsed, this sleeve pack also offers great space savings for storage and return transport.

User-friendly design worry-free logistics

Nestable and robust base.The base is designed with 9 blow-molded feet that provide stable load bearing, ensuring stability and safety during loading, also nestable, saving storage space.

Convenient Drop Door.The drop door makes it easy for operators to load and unload products. A special Velcro strap system is also available to improve work efficiency.

The Sleeve Pack has passed the general simulation performance test for packaging (ISTA-3E) and the D4169 - 08 Performance Testing of Shipping Containers and Systems by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Sleeve pack’s high quality and product reliability are well proven.

  • Angle Drop test - Treat the lid and the base at room temperature of -20℃, and drop the target angle from 1.5m above the ground for three times.
  • Crushing test - Single crate, pressuring it with the loading even speed of 13mm/min until it was damaged.
  • Compression test - Full load, the upper pressure plate pressurizes until the descend range is 10% more than the maximum pressure.
  • Warehouse stacking test - Pressurise F=Wtx(S-1)xFxJ for 1 hour, where Wt is the total weight of a single full-load sleeve pack, S is the number of layers, F is the safety factor=2, and J is the gravity constant=9.8N/kg.
  • Inclined Impact - Impact the four side panels separately at a final velocity of 1.1m/s.
  • Stacking vibration test - Full load, sleeve packs two-layer stacking, under the road transportation – regular shock absorber truck mode, set Grms=0.54, and perform 4-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
