Design Features

Unit-based packaging

Combine and expand for higher efficiency. You can combine EUO crates with a pallet and a lid into a unit, thus expanding load capacity in an easy, inexpensive and efficient way. Bespoke dunnages can reduce the QC risk and loss of parts during transportation, providing a foundation for integrated management.

Ergonomic design

Non-sequential folding

Thanks to its modular design and a new hinge structure, the EUO crate makes non-sequential panel folding possible. By simplifying folding, it reduces human labour and improves the overall operating experience.

Innovative occlusion

The innovative H-shaped occlusion structure closely connects the long and short side panels, thus avoiding deformation due to pressure under full load. With the stability and carrying capacity of crates improved, huge maintenance costs can be saved.

Integrated lock

The new-designed built-in handle is used to lock and unlock the side panels, increase the strength of the side panels, reduce the risk of scratching or entanglement between the strap and the buckle, ensuring safety and stability during transportation. At the same time, the one-key unlocking function further enhances the ease of operation.

Label clip

Label clips are available as an optional configuration, which makes it convenient for users to display and identify product information.

The EUO crate has passed the general simulation performance test for packaging (ISTA-3E) and the D4169 - 08 Performance Testing of Shipping Containers and Systems by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Its product reliability and high quality are well proven.

  • Free-fall drop - Full load, single crate, three free-fall drops from 1.2m.
  • Crush test - No load, single crate, the upper pressure plate of the pressure tester pressurizes at a speed of 13mm/min until the sample is crushed.
  • Compression test - Place in the centre of the pressure platform, and pressurize F=Wts(S-1)xFxJ for 1 hour, where Wt is the total weight of a single full-load crate, S is the number of layers, F is the safety factor=3, and J is the gravity constant=9.8N/kg.
  • Free-fall drop at low temperature - Condition a no-load crate at -20°C for 48 hours, and drop it from the height of 1m; for each time the sample passes the test, the height is increased by 0.3m.
  • Horizontal impact - Two-pallet stacking, impact the 4 sides at a final velocity of 1.1m/s.
  • Vibration test - Two-pallet stacking, set Grms=0.54 and perform a 4-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
