Utilising every space to load

In a 20ft ISO container, IF1040 can reach full load* with two stacks. User can operate two layers of fully loaded IF1040 directly into the container with the forklift. Each IF1040 comes with a volume of up to 1,040L, which ensures each container fulfills the loading target of 20T of liquid, wasting zero space.

Internationally authoritative Certifications

IF1040 has passed the general simulation performance test for packaged-products(ISTA-3E) by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), and also obtained the quality and reliability certification from the world's leading certification company SGS.

  • Rotational edge drop test - Drop height 200mm full loaded lift the opposite edge by 90-100mm, and test 2 short edges.(the side with and without the door) and 1 long edge at the bottom of the IBC IF1040.
  • Random vibration test - Under road transportation mode in a conventional shock absorber truck, set Grms=0.54 and perform 4-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
  • Compression test - Pressurize at 15 tons and hold for 1 hour and then
    release.
  • Incline impact test - impact the four side panels of the product respectively at a final velocity of 1.1m/s.
  • Atmospheric conditioning test - Keep for 72 hours at the extreme temperatures of -20°C
    and 50°C.

The folding ratio is beyond the market standard. For example, a 9.6-meter truck can only load no more than 36 conventional non-foldable IBC Tanks at one time, but up to 136 folded IF1040 containers, greatly reducing supply chain costs.

Double Smooth Surfaces

A Balance between Aesthetics & Functionality

With an innovative double internal-external smooth surface design, the side panels and base of each IF1040 are reinforced with steel tubes, not only making the containers much more robust, but also offering easy cleaning.

User-friendly design in every detail

The IF1040 features a drop door, which makes it easy to install the liner for bottom discharge, allowing for convenient and effective liner installation and removal.

Sump Cover

The sump is designed with an ingenious cover, attached to the container when flipped open. When panels are folded, it automatically returns to its closed state.

Non-sequential Folding

Our patented new hinge enables tool-free installation and disassembly of side panels. The innovative connection structure allows users to fold and erect them conveniently.

Automatic Water Discharge

The base is designed with an inclined surface, allowing excess liquid to discharge through the bottom port, eliminating accumulation in the container.

The base of IF1040 can be equipped with an optional heater pad to discharge the viscous liquid under lower temperature, which stays inside the container even if the panels are folded.
