Four-side symmetrical design

The IBC T11 is a standard 1100*1100mm container with an advanced symmetrical lid that allows non-sequential operation in 4 directions. In other words, an operator can easily open and close the lid from any direction. Work efficiency is greatlyimproved, as only one operator is enough to complete all operational steps.

Designed with the practical use scenarios of the asia pacific in mind, the IBC T11 better serves the packaging, storage and transportation of Liquids within 1000L. It is an ideal solution for juice, cosmetic ingredients, dairy products, fruit pulps and other segments.

Folding ratio

Six in one, easier return transport

The folding ratio of 2.9:1 makes it easy to stack 6 T11 containers on a Single pallet. A 13.5m truck, for example, can load up to 168 folded T11 containers in one go–compared to only 45 conventional liquid containers* at most. This means huge, easily achievable supply chain cost savings.

High Reliability

Internationally authoritative certifications
  • Compression test - Pressurise at 15 tons and hold for 1 hour and then release.
  • Incline impact test - impact the four side panels of the product respectively at a final velocity of 1.1m/s.
  • Atmospheric conditioning test - Keep for 72 hours at the extreme temperatures of -20°C and 50°C.
  • Random vibration test - Under road transportation mode in a conventional shock absorber truck, set Grms=0.54 and perform 4-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
  • Rotational edge drop test - Drop height 200mm full loaded. lift the opposite edge by 90-100mm, and test 2 short edges.(the side with and without the door) and 1 long edge at the bottom of the IBC T11.

Security

  • Anti-slip and reinforced base.The base is designed with 6 sturdy skids and reinforced with steel tubes, it also enhances impact resistance and stable loading. The base is fitted with non-slip rubber sheets to ensure steadiness and security during transport. The detachable base also makes maintenance more convenient and improves utilisation.

  • TE Pin for Whole-process Security. Both the sump cover and the lid are tamper-evident. Each TE pin* has a unique security ID code.
  • Innovative lock ensures convenient operation. All the four corners of the lid are designed with user-friendly locks for easy opening and closing of the lid. Coupled with the TE pin, the lock offers higher security and reliability.


User-friendly design In every detail

Born for worry-free operation

Modular design, simple replacement. Side panels are connected to each other by hinges and to the base via an occlusion structure, allowing convenient and simple installation, folding, and disassembly, lowering maintenance costs.

Pull-free Drop Door

This is designed for convenient handling. The lock handles on each door make door opening and closing easier.

Liquid level indicator

An optional transparent window can be installed for users to quickly check the liquid level in the container. In addition, the inner side panel is marked with a scale for intuitive level identification during filling and discharge.

Joloda system, booster of efficiency.

Feet reinforced with steel tubes (optional) are adaptable to the Joloda Skate & Track System for improved handling convenience and efficiency. The full perimeters base support stable and reliable storage on racks. For liquid filling on automatic production lines, the IBC T11 is also compatible with automatic slide rails.


Automatic water drainage, easier cleaning

The base is designed with an inclined surface, allowing excess liquid to naturally flow into the sump anddischarge through the bottom port.
