OF330 comes with a loading capacity of up to 1249L, 20% more internal volume than a regular plastic folding IBC*. Its standard footprint is suitable for the North American market, also an ideal choice for liquid transport and storage in high throughput scenarios.

High Reliability

Internationally Authoritative Certifications

OF330 has passed the general simulation performance test for packaged-products (ISTA-3E) by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), and also obtained the quality and reliability certification from the world's leading certification company SGS*.

  • Compression test - Pressurize at 15 tons and hold for 1 hour and then release.
  • Incline impact test - Impact the four side panels of the product respectively at a final velocity of 1.1m/s.
  • Atmospheric conditioning test - Keep for 72 hours at the extreme temperatures of -20°C and 50°C.
  • Random vibration test - Under road transportation mode in a conventional shock absorber truck, set Grms=0.54 and perform 4-hour random vibration test at 1-200Hz.
  • Rotational edge drop test - Drop height 200mm full loaded. lift the opposite edge by 90-100mm, and test 2 short edges.  (the side with and without the door) and 1 long edge at the bottom of the IBC IF1040.

  • TE pin for whole-process security. Both the sump cover and lid are available with tamper-evident. Each TE pin* has a unique security ID code to prevent highlydangerous unauthorized opening and liquid acquisition.
  • Anti-slip base, ease at operation. Handling safety is improved as the anti-slip rubber sheets at the 3 skids'base prevent the container from slipping off a forklift, also suitable for rack storage.

About the AAR test: AAR test is a rigorous test. Rail transport is one of North America’s primary logistics tools, one in which drastic sloshing of liquids occurs where rail tracks intersect, or when train carriages go uphill/ downhill, or are coupled - along with huge impacts on the panels of containers, both inside and outside. Therefore, for a plastic collapsible and large-volume IBC, the AAR test is a direct and authoritative testimony of its reliability. IBC OF330 has been designed to pass the AAR test from the very beginning. And after more than 4 years, it officially passed the AAR test (No. 811) on April 29, 2019.
